- CNC Turning: We have live tool sub spindle lathes with 2” bar capacity and chuckers up to 3” bar capacity.
- CNC Milling: All 4th axis equipped 16x30, 20 x30, and 16 x 40 capacity.
- Manual Machining: We have various manual mills and lathes.
- Welding and Fabrication: TIG, MIG, Stick , Plasma cutting to 1” thick.
- Grinding and Honing: OD/ID and surface grinding, as well as both manual and automatic honing.
- If you have a broken part, we can repair or, more likely, replicate that part.
- We can accommodate short and medium production runs.
- We also do prototyping.
- We work with various metals and plastics, virtually anything except toxic materials.
- We work on your schedule and will do whatever we can to get the parts you need to you when you need them.

What is CNC Machining?
CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines use digital files to direct cutting tools like drills and lathes to shape parts. CNC machines can work with a variety of materials including wood, plastic and metal.
At Durbin Machine North we make parts for the digital and microscopic NDT (non-destructive testing), automotive, petroleum, automation, and aerospace industries and more.
About Durbin Machine North
Starting with a fascination with machines and a love of solving problems, Bud Durbin started machining parts in his basement for some side cash and fun. Eventually, his sons Jeff and Gil joined. A family business since 1975, Durbin Machine North has grown steadily through several locations, acquiring new tools and skills along the way.
